Conversations Toolkit is a course that guides managers on conducting various types of conversations with their employees to support growth and wellbeing.  I worked directly with the art director to develop the art direction and style guide for this project, which is driven by the human nature of these conversations. I developed a variety of hand-drawn textures and illustrations to compliment and soften the digital graphics. During this process, I lead the various phases of the creative process (ideation, drafts, to final) on Miro, to strengthen our remote and asynchronous collaboration.
